The former Chelsea defender and two-time Champions League
winner Jose Bosingwa has signed a new contract with QPR. The right back has become the eight player to
be signed this season for QPR. Bosingwa feels delighted to be in the QPR,
telling the QPR official website this “I'm really pleased to be here. I had the
pick of many clubs, but the project here excites me greatly”
The management and owner of the club are looking forward to see the wealth of experience and skill that the 29 year old player would bring and have gone ahead to show him what they want from him for the future of the club.
The Manager of QPR Mark Hughes also likes the ability of the
defender stating that "I am delighted to bring a player of his undoubted
quality to the club. He has got plenty of pace, great technical ability and all
the attributes you need to be a top player. “
He also further stated “Jose has a lot of versatility which is something I like my players to have. He can operate right across the back and can also play the holding role in midfield.”
